2. The personal data we process
On our website we collect data only through our contact and quote forms. Unless you fill in a form, none of your personal data is processed. When you submit the form, the data processed is as follows:
- Identity and contact details: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional)
- Content of the request: the subject and/or application you select, and the message you write as free text
- Transaction security data: the IP address the request was sent from, the date and time of submission, and the language of the page on which the form was completed
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Evaluating and responding to the requests, questions, sample and quote inquiries you send us
- Preparing a product and process recommendation suited to your request and, where necessary, enabling our technical team to contact you
- Conducting pre-contractual negotiations should a commercial relationship be established
- Preventing misuse of the form by automated software (bots) and ensuring transaction security
We do not use your data for marketing purposes, we do not sell it to third parties, and we do not add you to our commercial electronic message lists without your explicit consent.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and by wholly automated means when you complete and submit the form on our website. The legal grounds for processing are as follows:
- Article 5/2-c of the KVKK: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quote and sample requests)
- Article 5/2-f of the KVKK: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (being able to respond to incoming requests, ensuring transaction security)
5. Transfer of data
Your data may be transferred to the suppliers whose services we use, limited solely to the purposes set out above:
- E-mail service: notifications from the form are delivered to our corporate e-mail account. Our e-mail infrastructure is provided by Google (Google Workspace).
- Hosting service: the servers on which our website and form infrastructure run are operated by our service provider.
Transfer abroad
The servers of the providers from which we receive e-mail and hosting services may be located abroad. For this reason, your personal data may be transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK and limited solely to the purposes set out above. Such transfers are carried out within the framework of the contracts concluded with the service providers and the safeguards prescribed by the legislation.
Apart from these, your data may only be transferred to public institutions and organizations legally authorized to receive it, for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies. The site contains no tracking tools for visitor tracking, advertising or analytics purposes (Google Analytics, advertising pixels, etc.). The fonts and all images used are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to third-party services as a result of your viewing the pages.
7. Retention period
The data you send through the form is retained for as long as necessary to evaluate and conclude your request. Should a commercial relationship be established, the retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation (in particular those relating to commercial books and records) apply. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the following rights in relation to yourself:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To request that your personal data be rectified if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that rectification, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to an outcome to your detriment that arises from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data
9. How to apply
You may submit requests concerning the rights listed above, together with information and documents verifying your identity, through the channels below. Depending on the nature of the request, your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process also entails a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
